At Park Sims we’re nosey. We love to take a look around. Sometimes we see things you’ve been living with for ages and have stopped noticing. Sometimes we spot things your own people have seen, but you haven’t done anything about. Most of the time we’ll just ask simple questions to help you decide if you’re really on the path you want.

What do we do?

We take a customer-oriented approach asking these kinds of questions:

What does your business look like?
What does it feel like?
What does it sound like? And
Whose point of view really matters?

We talk to people from all parts of your business to get an idea of how you work. Then we take the customers’ viewpoint and ask how you’re serving them. Are you set up to provide the best you can. Or are some of your processes, some of your communications preventing you from giving your best?
